Here are step-by-step instructions for removing friends:
1) Log in to your network on Ning.
2) Click the "friend" icon in the Ningbar, the thin colored strip across the top of any network on Ning.
3) Locate the person you no longer want to be friends with.
4) Click the "Remove" link under that person's profile.

You could use the personal message thing in the menu above, that sends a message to my inbox as well. You could use zbdigitaal@gmail.com too!
To remove a friend you open 'mijn vrienden' (menu upper right) and click on the person you want to remove. Does that work?
